What we hang
One crew handles the whole interior package, so you're not scheduling four subs around each other.
Door & window casing
Mitered or butt-and-block, tight to the reveal line you spec. Same detail on every opening in the house.
Base & shoe
Coped inside corners, glued outside corners, scarf joints on long runs. Shoe after the floors go down.
Crown & ceiling detail
Single-piece crown through built-up cornice, beams and coffers. Laser-set so it stays true across the room.
Stair parts
Treads, risers, skirt board, newels and balusters. Rail height and spacing set to code before we glue.
Shelving & closets
Shelf-and-rod, linen stacks and pantry systems, cleated into blocking rather than hollow drywall.
How we run a job
Most of what a builder needs from a trim sub isn't carpentry. It's knowing the house will be ready for the next trade on Friday without anyone having to call and ask.
Priced by the plan
Send the plan set and your trim schedule. You get a fixed price per plan and per elevation option, so the budget doesn't move on the second house.
Capacity we'll commit to
[X] crews running, [X] houses a week at full production. We tell you what we can carry before we take the work.
One person to call
Your superintendent talks to a lead carpenter who was on the job that morning. Chad Clayton answers the phone himself, and you get an answer the same day.
Punch within [X] business days
Punch and warranty calls run on a set schedule instead of stacking behind new starts. You shouldn't have to call three times to get a crew back in a finished house.
Material either way
Install owner-supplied material or let us furnish and install. Either way we count the load in and flag short shipments the same day.
Clean when we leave
Cut station stays outside, scrap hauled off, floors swept and doors closed. The next trade walks into a house they can work in.

The habits carried over from service more than the résumé does: show up when you said you would, account for your material, and don't leave a job for someone else to finish. Every crew we put in a house is trained to work that way, and Chad is still on job sites most days checking that they do.
